#BritishBuilt Exhibition @ Upstairs at the Ritzy

#BritishBuilt Exhibition & Opening Party

#BritishBuilt is a capsule collection from the playful Japanese streetwear brand Yoroshiku 4649. This radical new range of comfortable streetwear is entirely designed and produced in the UK. Over the last year chief designer Yumi has travelled across Britain to select only the best materials and most skilful craftsmen, and to inspect every step of manufacturing.

For the styling of this new range of beautiful, proudly British Yoroshiku kit, Yoroshiku has teamed up with a creative gang originally from Ireland and Spain but now based in London: the models Blackfish Collective, and Alfonso Gavilan of the photography team Reborn Crew. It’s a diverse group that truly represents the reality of this melting pot of culture, LDN town.

Kicking off a two-week exhibition to showcase this inspiring project, Blackfish Collective will be making their very first south London appearance with special live and AV sets on the opening night – supported by music selected by MrSandman (Team United80), South London beatmaker Gonzi (CDR) & Japanese sound fairy oto (NessRadio). The #BritishBuilt capsule collection will be available on the night at the Yoroshiku 4649 merch stand.

The exhibition runs through 4 – 17th July
